Do you have a store?

No, we are an online shop. This does mean all your orders are baked fresh and to order. We do frequent local Markets and events, you can check out our where to find us page to see where we will be in person next.
Do you offer Pick up?

No, we do not offer pick up on your website orders. We will deliver your order directly to you.
How can I place a custom order for a cake or cupcakes?

We are happy to help you with a custom order. Fill out the form in our custom cake or custom cupcake sections with all the details we need to be able to design and quote your custom order.
Do you offer vegan or allergy friendly cakes or cupcakes?

Yes, we are happy to make Vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, or gluten-free cakes in some flavors. However, it's important to note that we work in a kitchen with allergens such as (but not limited to) dairy, gluten, eggs, and nuts. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, if your allergy is severe, we recommend erring on the side of caution.
Dessert Serves vs coffee serves?

A cake that serves 12 for dessert will serve 20 for coffee. Coffee serves are smaller than a dessert serve.
How does delivery work?

When you place your order, you will have the option to choose a delivery date that works for you. Your order will be delivered within the timeframe specified, and we will only deliver your product to a human who can receive it or we will leave it in a clean dry location. If the delivery times do not suit you, you can email us and we will try to accommodate you where possible.
