Shipping & Delivery Policy for Miss Melicious Cupcakes

Thank you for ordering from Miss Melicious Cupcakes! We are committed to ensuring that your treats arrive fresh and delicious. Here are the details of our shipping & delivery policy:

 

Delivery 

We offer in-person delivery for all our cupcakes and cakes directly to your location within the specified Auckland Region. This ensures that your order arrives in the best possible condition.

We will not leave your order without a human to receive it, or a safe/dry location to leave your order.

If we arrive and are not able to deliver your product due to the recipient not being home or there is no safe and dry location we will take the product back and endeavour to contact you  regarding the next steps to redeliver, there will be an additional delivery charge. If we are unable to get in contact with you or the recipient before the expiry of the product, there will be no refund or compensation provided. 

By ticking the 'Authority to leave' checkbox during the checkout process, this gives us permission to leave the order in a safe and dry location. If we do this, Miss Melicious will not be liable for any damage that may occur after the fact. We do not recommend this option and always prefer to have someone available to recieve where possible. 

 

Please make sure that you add any notes or comments if you have a delivery location that can be hard to find, or dogs on site to make sure that our Delivery people are able to find you easily and stay safe.

Delivery Area and Charges

We deliver within specific areas that are accessible and safe for our delivery team. Delivery charges may vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Our charges are based from the Registered kitchen location, in Waitakere, Auckland. 

Scheduling Your Delivery

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a delivery date and time window that works best for you. We strive to accommodate your schedule to the best of our abilities.

If the date you require is not available, you can choose a prior date, our product will be fine for delivery the day before your event. 

For special timing requests or urgent deliveries, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change the delivery address or time after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate you as best we can. A $10 ADMIN FEE may be charged.
