Thank you for shopping at Miss Melicious Cupcakes. We pride ourselves on delivering delicious, freshly baked goods and ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. Below are the details of our refund & cancellation policy.

 

Custom Order Refund & Cancellation Policy
 

Your deposit is non-refundable. 

Changes, postponement and cancellations to your order may be accepted up until 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on your order no matter the amount, or regardless of the situation. If you need to cancel or postpone, we will happily transfer any payment made to another order within 3 months from that date. No refund will be given, regardless of the circumstances.

By making a deposit you are agreeing to the above.

Online Order Cancellation Policy
 

Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of order placement to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order as change requests may incur a $10 ADMIN FEE.

 

 

Product Quality Issues
 

We are committed to providing our customers with high quality cakes and cupcakes that meet their expectations. However, it's important to understand that there is a certain level of artistic interpretation involved in cake design. While we strive to create cakes that match your desired design, there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of our products. 

We want you to love your order as much as we enjoy creating it for you, but understand that sometimes, things can go wrong. If that does happen, please contact us as soon as possible prior to consumption, to see if we are able to solve your concern.

If there is an issue after consumption we are unable to provide compensation.

All replacements, credits, refunds and compensation for any product are at the owner's discretion.
