Preloved Items

All items sold are preloved and may show signs of wear. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each piece so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.

Because of the nature of preloved fashion:

👉 No refunds or returns are accepted

Faults & Issues

If an item arrives and you believe there has been a significant error in the description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair solution where appropriate.
